How Do I lIft A Tongue & Groove Chipboard Floor?

I need to fit a new radiator, and my house has tongue & groove floors.

What's the best tool(s) to cut through the tongue so that I can lift the chipboard sheets/boards? What can I use that wont do too much damage?
