How do I Patch This Up

Hi All

Please see the attached pictures of where my old soil stack used to be.
When the house was build they obviously boxed it in then plastered up to the boxing in.

My soil stack is now outside and i'm going to start working on my bathroom now so I need to bring wall up to the level of the plaster.

I have cavity walls so this is the inner dry wall.

Also on the other picture is an exposed lintel where the plaster had blow off what products and methods shall I use to bring this back to level.

If your going to fit new sanitary ware & replace those tiles, I would rip them all of before you start on any of the plaster remedials.

If its being re-tiled, I would use Bonding plaster to bring it out the original surrounding plaster level & re-tile over it. If a plaster finish ir required I would then apply new angle beads as required & re-skim the whole wall.
