How do you fit a bath shower screen over raised tiles?

Hi All,

I've been advised to replace our bath shower screen with a new 'flipper' style one but about half way down the bathroom wall is a tile which has a raised rope twist feature. How do professionals cope with this? Here's a picture of the tile in question.

Grind down the raised bit with a tile cutting disc.

Oh...is that a thing? What tool would be best, a Dremel or multi-tool?

Thanks again. I don't have a grinder unfortunately. Anything else you can suggest?
