How good is the charge function in solar cctvs?

As per title: how good is the solar functioning in charging an outdoor CCTV similar to the one in photo attached? I read it needs 45 mins or so a day of sun to charge but we don't seethe sun sometimes for days, does this make the CCTV uselss for someone relying fully on solar energy to charge?

365 day battery life it claims. and if thats on a full charge, you will want it to get fully charged asap.

That's why the thread if someone here has experience with such product.

One manufacturer claims "powered by a 5200mAh battery that lasts up to 6 months on standby or 1.5–2 months with daily use. Add the optional solar panel and the camera can run indefinitely with sunlight—zero downtime, zero charging, zero hassle" .
