How high for a shower mixer bar

How tall are you 
Somebody must know the regular height for a mixer?
There is no set height for bar mixers but if you take the current regs for disabled access into account and the height I would normally install to, then about 1.2m (arnd 4ft) would be about right I would reckon.
1.3 I usually fit mine (but make sure if it's a rigid shower head u have enough room above it to fit the head, if not just move shower down).
