How long will an unopened tube of white silicone last ?

As the title says..

I have a tube of white silicone which has the product date of 28/04/21

I'm not sure if that was the date it was made or whether it's a 'use by' date

Will it still be Ok to use now .. between worktop and tile splashback ?

Try it on a piece of scrap, it will either flow, be set or part way between.
If it flows its okay.

So long as it's not been stored in adverse conditions, (i.e. freezing cold/roasting hot shed), it will probably be ok.
As Old Salt says, try it on a piece of scrap. If it's set then you have space for a new tube on your shelf.
