What might sound common sense to a plumber, means nothing to a non plumber trying to plumb a Worcester Heatslave in
So I've learnt you don't need PTFE tape on an olive cheers
If someone could just describe how to use the sealing paste that would help - do you put it on the compression joint threads or between the olive face and the thingy (doesn't know correct word) it butts up to, and if so how much of a slither do you need ??
Oh and by the way, respect to plumbers - it's hard work !!
