I live in the northwest of England,what is the going rate to remove old ridges,and replace with a dry ridge.
I've already got a scaffold in place,but I've had quotes ranging from £900 to £2200 to do the job.
The roof is 10m wide,with 2 apex' at the front of the house,1 at 1.5m and one at 4.5 m.
Also 2 small ridges above the garage which are 3 tiles each side.
I don't want to pay cheap for a bad job,but don't want to be ripped of either.
Will be grateful for any advice
