Hi all,
As seen in the image the existing soil stack is on the left represented by the green line. The red line the the sewer line that going to the next property. The blue is where a new en-suit is required. How much would it be (Without any complications) would it be to add a new soil pipe where the blue is and connect it all up to the sewer line.

(I get it's more complicated but looking for a rough figure)

Cheers

How long is a piece of string? Depends on depth of existing sewer, chamber will be needed at point of connection, and if the Red is a shared sewer then you'll need the Water Company's permission to connect to it and that will have to be done to their specification.

Stack will need to go in the corner to avoid the window and garage door, which means to get a straight run to the existing sewer, the new drain would have to go under the hedge. Alternatively it could come out at a slight angle from the corner towards the left, then turn to head to join the existing sewer in the direction of flow, but that will need a second chamber at the change of direction.

Depends also what other services are in that area, would need to excavate with caution to avoid hitting anything, otherwise the job can soon get very expensive. Building Control will also need to be informed, and may want to inspect the work.
