Just had a kitchen fitted and with tiled floor it,s a bit cooler int he kitchen. Was thinking about fitting an electric plinth heater, but am concerned about the noise.

Anybody give me some idea of how noisy they are

also how hot does the cupboard get they are fitted under? Would probably have to fit under a drawer unit and would hate for cereals etc to spoil because of heater

The ones that I have seen are basically just a fan heater, so like them they are not so bad when new, but as bearings, shafts, etc. start to wear they get noisier.
