this is the sort of childish comment Brexers resort to............because they have no real argument

Grown ups understand that brexit has lead to broken supply chains resulting in rolling shortages less choice and less fresh produce

but Mitch66 is a Brexit voter and cant cope with data, facts, evidence

Mitch66 can only deal with emotive slogans and flag waving
Mate. I'm not a Brexer or remainer. It means zero to me. Why would I care about something that happened 5 years ago that I can't change and don't care about. You need to realise that most people don't obsess over Brexit like you. Life is too short.

It’s just unfortunate that the Brexiteers will win the next election with Farage as Prime Minister but hey ho that’s politics. I won’t be voting for either I’m still a Lib Dem.

I don't see that happening. Although I can't explain why! Just a feeling.

It's like Trump and the Tariffs, no one actually knows how it's all going to play out
Trump tried a tariff war in his first term…..and it ended up with the US govt bailing out farmers costing more than the tariffs receipts.

So yes we know how it’s going to play out.

Going back to thread title, It needn’t be about when (or if) Trumpf backs down, he has shown himself to be unreliable, inconsistent and utterly unpredictable. The reaction of the EU and Chinna has to be retaliatory tariffs, acting together if necessary. Like Pootin he only respects and responds, to naked power. It has to be in business’s interests to create investment certainty in the long term, kow towing to the Don won’t achieve that.

FOM was never a proposal on the table from the leave side as I remember it.
That was one of the main reasons why so many voted leave.
Switzerland and Norway both have FOM with the EU.
Lirefighter says: “as I remember it”
Lirefighter memory is defective

Here is Farage saying how the Norway deal would be great

Brexit U-turn: Nigel Farage cited Norwegian model as 'attractive option for Britain'

NIGEL FARAGE often cited the Norwegian model as an attractive option for Brexit Britain before the 2016 EU referendum.

Twump changes his mind daily on tariffs and it has created so much uncertainty that business simply will not invest in anything based on tariffs that could be dropped tomorrow.

Hence why JLR has just stopped exports for a month

Sure Twump will get small countries like Vietnam begging,

USAs biggest trade partners are:

China
Canada
Mexico
EU

Between them something like $2 trillion imports to USA……that’s gonna really hurt Americans, real bad.
