How to access door hinge?

Any ideas how I get into this hinge to adjust it please? I'd have thought, just remove the large cap but I cannot seem to pry it off and don't want to break anything.

Lift lid cap off on hinge.
Big white cover will pry off by looks of it
Looks like a lift off door hinge.

Plastic might be old and a bit brittle
