How to add water to system boiler

Water pressure has dropped in my central heating system

I have a system boiler/unvented cylinder.

I have taken a pic of the filling loop which is near the unvented cylinder. I assume this has something to do with it

Could someone confirm how top up the pressure in the system please?

The two black taps at each end of the silver braided hose, open both and when the pressure is between 1.0 and 1.5 Bar thec close both
