How to clean a Velux conservation skylight

Hi, I have Velux conservation skylights in my new house. They are side hinged and I cannot figure out how to clean them, other than getting the window cleaner to do them from the outside. Is there any way of getting at the outside surfaces from inside the house? If my arms were a foot longer and had two elbows I might have a chance
