Hi bought a house can anyone tell me how to clean lino like new and to get the stench of pee out of a bathroom? The lino is in kitchen you can see the square marks on lino revealing tile floor underneath its that dirty

But how big an area is it ? Vinyl floor covering isn't that expensive.

Is it a wooden floor or concrete?
You can try to bleach the wood, concrete may be harder.
But the Lino will have to come up

He said it’s tiled, which will show thru regardless of how clean it is.
Any urine will be soaked into plinths and skirting , not the floor .
Did they have pets ?

For the bathroom ideally you need to renew the floorboards however I had success using

You will need to take up any flooring, spread the contents of the container across the floor and agitate it on a regular basis. Renew the neutradol as required. I used at least 1kg It will take weeks to remove the smell.

The previous owners probably kept pets. The stench of ur one is almost impostor eradicate, so remove and thoroughly clean the tiles underneath with chemicals and steam
