how to delete user premier 24

how do i delete a user? i looked in the manual and it only states how to delete the user code, not the user in total.
have looked on the web but cant find anything. also the manual states using the 'reset ' key. my premier keypad does not have a 'reset' key. can anyone advise which button is the reset?
