how to disconnect fridgefreezer from switched spur unit

can anyone advise me on how to disconnect my fridge freezer from aswitched spur unit?? :oops:
 
Isolate the circuit at your consumer unit, remove the 2 screws securing the front of the fcu, then loosen or remove the cordgrip & disconnect the wires from "load" or "output" terminals.
