I guess also avoid drilling near the edge of tiles if possible. Is a pilot hole a good idea or are you just increasing the chance of cracking the tile?
People are still drilling tiles.
If they are taking 19 years then they need a sharper drill bit.

Yes; generally on this forum we prefer to start new threads rather than resurrecting old ones. The point is that you want someone to answer your question (in post 18), not the original question in post 1.
