I used a petrol jet wash to remove all the flaking paint of the masonry at the front of the house, it Came off so easy!

However I now have a few gaps in the joints. Can I fill them with cement! If so I was planned by on getting a tube of premixed cement and using a gun to apply. How long should I let the cement dry before I paint?

Also do I need to use a primer or can I just apply multiple coats of masonry paint?
