I have had a bay window fitted and it sits on top of the tiles wall. The gap between the bottom of the bay and the top of the wall / flashing is big. You can see the packers under there and the expanding foam.

I use plastic trims to cover gaps where the windows connect to the wall, but not had this issue before.

What product would people recommend to fill this and make it look neater.

I was thinking mortar may be the answer. I intend on painting the bay tiles a new red colour and so could paint the mortar the same colour.

Mortar is probably your neatest option but you may find it doesn't bond very well to pvc or lead so may crack up over time.
I would go with mortar but probably PVA the top of the lead first and mix a bit in with the cement too.
