How to install a NEST to a combi boiler with a wireless stat

I understand the N & L Neutral and Live. But what goes in 1,2and 3?
do I keep the the programer attached to the front of the boiler or remove it all together once the Heat link and the Nest are fitted?
Its a Worcester greenstar 24i. [/b]

Unplug clock from boiler behind clock and put back so that you don't have a hole in the from of the boiler.
