Is it possible to insulate bathroom fan ducting hose?

I want to do what I can to prevent condensation in loft space.

The ducting insulation is to prevent condensation in the ducting.

It won't affect the loft - if that is what you meant.

Hmm that is what I meant, so no point in adding this in then.

Currently the ducting is sealed on with zip ties, is this the best way?

Good enough. Some fan/duct kits are supplied with such things.

Condensation in the loft is caused by warm air from the house below entering the loft, usually via light fittings, gaps around the loft hatch or other holes.
Those need to be located and sealed.
Ventilation in the loft may also need to be improved, by installing soffit vents or ridge vents.

Extractors only cause a problem if the duct is damaged/leaking, or it has become detached from the fan.

Quite often, loft insulation is topped up after the initial build, but no air gap left down by the soffit. Make sure air from the soffit can get up into the loft.

Yes, I did have to clear it ;)
