Hello,first time poster long time lurker. Building a mono pitch/lean to garage,looking to cost the timbers. Is the span measured horizontally from the external of the wall plate to the wall? Then use Trada span table and the correct pitch. or is it measured along the pitch of the rafter. Thanks in advance.
