how to menasure a front upvc door

pse can anyone tell me how to measure my door ..do i measure the door from the inside of the frame or the other side of the door ! want to replace the door and not the whole frame.

do i measure from inside the frame...or shd i measure the door itself standing inside the house or from outside with door open...i get 2 different measurements
