Hi to all,
On the recommendation of our builder I painted the exterior render of our newly built extension with Floorseal Render & Masonry Sealer.

I had told the builder that I wanted to paint the extension/render white to match the rest of the house and thought he realised this.
I’ve now been told by the product’s manufacturer that it forms a water impenetrable seal that cannot be painted onto or over.
The result is that it all look very crap and unfinished.
I am sure there must be a primer or oil-based paint or some other solution to save me.
Any thoughts?
