How to remove foam from recess light plasterboard hole

Builders sprayed foam into recess lights, to fill PIR gaps (BCO request). It is sitting on the inside of the plasterboard ceiling, and i would like to remove that. I need a scraper or blade with a 90 degree bend in it, but can’t find anything. Closest I can find is a hook scraper, but the length is not very long.

any ideas?

I’m fitting c-fix liners to protect the plaster. https://c-fix-downlighter.com/pages/c-fix-liner. i can’t do that if the foam is in the way.

Just bend a slim piece of flat metal and use than to remove foam.Cheap metal threshold strip would do it .

i picked up a magnusson jab saw, that locks 90 degrees and a magnuson pry bar:

Between those I should be able to do it. good idea on the metal threshold. if i need something longer, i’ll try one of those.
