How to repressurize a combi-boiler

We have a Gloworm 24cxi combi boiler and it has lost pressure. I know that it needs water through the filling loop but can anybody tell me how to actually do this. What am I looking for?

there is a tap underneath your boiler, have a look in the instructions it will tell you how to open it.

Thanks for the reply. There is a blue tap but everytime we turn it water just pours out...

Sounds like the disconnector is leaking. Is the leak from further over towards the left side of the boiler?

Quite a common fault.
