Before starting test floor, if floor reads over 75% RH proceed with the following, note drying times on products and health & safety.

1) Remove any obstructing objects from floor

2) Take up existing floorcoverings

3) If existing floorcovering is stuck down remove all of it (take it up)

4) Latex screed floor using Stopgap 900 powder and liguid, mix and lay

5) Paint / use roller to install F75 damp proff membrain (depending on condition of floor may beed two coats)

6) Prime floor using P131

7) Latex screed floor using Stopgap 300 mixed with water

9) Floor ready for new material instalation

Their is another system called Everlay and Isolator, however their is some floor materials you can not use with this system for examply carpet and vinyl tiles.

Good luck.
