How to steps with sawn cut stone flags

We've finally chosen a grey sandstone for the patio then thought about steps up to the garden.
With three small kids what can we do about the sharp sawn edge. The site doesn't offer a bull nose version.

I wouldn’t do anything. Both will hurt on the off chance your kids fall on it.

More likely to slip off the edge of the tread if its bullnose or chamfered
