How to take off tap head

I've like to change the ceramic disc washers in these taps from B&Q

Does anyone have instructions on how to take off the heads and change the washers?

Try taking the blue and red plastic caps off and see if there is an allen bolt underneath.

Thanks for that. I thought I might give it a clean first because there's a lot of limescale built up, is it OK to soak it in a lime scale remover solution or will that stain it?
