Hi there,

I'm trying to tee 16mm multilayer to 14mm copper pipe in France. As you can see from the pic the copper is below. I was going to use push-fit tees on the copper but I've realised it doesn't move at all - so I'm worried once its cut it'll be really tricky to tee! I am trying to not solder as I don't know how, and they don't really have slip fittings in France in the same way... Does anyone have any idea of what I could do? Thanks so much.

Fred

Soldering is not particularly difficult; watch a few videos and practice on some scrap. Honestly I find it harder to judge if I've tightened a compression fitting correctly.
