Humax box to replace Sky, no signal?

Gave a relative my spare Humax box ( working fine with my Sat).
Swopped over the leads and switched on , TV reports no Sat signal? Switched it back to Sky box and works fine .
What could be the problem?

Quick answer - Are they / were they - on a Sky Q box? If so, they have a wideband LNB and it's not compatible.

Yes , Sky Q, so need to swop out the LNB ? ( Dam threw a new one away last week).

Replaced LNB and all good , minor hiccup is the Tv control on the Humax remote only turns the TV on or off (Hisense) tried all the codes but only one worked .
Not really a big problem though .
