Just had new baxi 105he boiler installed, every time turn on hot tap or central heating is on, boiler emits humming noise. Doesn't bother me too much but boiler is on party wall with neighbours and they say it is loud on their side. Is there any way of reducing humming noise?

is it possibly pump vibration.
if you hold your hand firmly against the case, does it reduce ?
if you remove the case, does it stop ?
with the case off can you determine where the noise emanates from ?
