Why do you start a new topic when both your previous ones, i.e. "How much is a plumber?", and "Re: Cold hot water tank hot pipes and pump" from yesterday are dealing with the same problem.
You won't get answers any quicker!
Read the last post in "How much is a plumber" and post any queries etc on that topic, not here!!
