this trade is the worst anyone can think of going into. you see programmes like rough traders and when you go out you get treated like a thief. The private tenants are the worst they ask for a service when you get there the f....cking things broke. you tell them it needs a new part
and they give you that look as though you have just robbed there purse
then you say it needs a new such a thing, they say how much is that going to be, i say such a cost. but they dont wanna pay for the service i was called out to do they think its free.... i can go on forever
one thing is for sure next time acs i am certainly not going back to

Maybe you should make it clearer when they call you that a service costs (x) amount but if theres any other work there will be the price of the parts plus getting and fitting those parts (z)
Weed out the tightarses before you waste time walking through their door
