I have a Ravenheat Combi boiler(2003) radiators are not work

I have a Ravenheat Combi boiler(2003) the radiators are not working. I have changed both thermisters and the tap water heats up fine.
I have bled the radiators and the pressure stays constant at 1.5
Any idea's what it could be?

Diverter valve related.

I will have a look at the diverter valve.
The problem couldn't be anything to do with the relay could it.
before I changed the first thermister and while the heating was switched to on the relay clicked and the boiler lit up only while triddling with the thermister.

My money's on the pump if you're getting hot water ok!
Is it set to speed 3?
