Ravenheat 82 ET Combi. hot water in CH system

Hi I have the Ravenheat combi fitted. When the CH is off and hot water is called for by the taps, then the Radiators also get hot ??.
Does thi smean I will have to change the £100 diverter valve or is there a simpler solution I could try first
