Ravenheat. workin CH NOT workin HW

the Gas boiler light flares up when the CH is switched on (as it should) but doesn't when the hot water tap is turned on. its a ravenheat Combi boiler.

we've had nothing added or changed to the system. the pressure did go below 1 but i turned it back up again.

pls help

p.s. i know very little about boilers.
