Ravenheat Boiler

hi, i have a Ravenheat combi boiler installed

The pressure has gone down to 0.5. When i try to fill the system up with the filling loop, nothing happens. I turn both black taps on the filling loop and the pressure doesn't move, please help.

take the pipe off and see if the taps are working sometimes they turn but dont turn the valve

Make sure both taps are 'in line' with the flow of water to fill it.... You could be turning one off and opening another.
If you have tried all combinations its probably down to a stuck non return valve on your filling loop or perhaps another tap in line or another restriction such as a blockage or kinked pipe
