ravenheat csi85 hot water problem

have looked at ravenheat combi csi85 regarding hot water only available with rads heating up even in dhw mode only,Have changed diverter valve diaphragm,still same problem.Could the diverter valve be u/s?
Would welcome any ideas.

thanks guys,first time used site,sorry if wrong way of asking for advice. Can anyone please advise about diverter valve,as I said have replaced diaphragm,cannot get dhw without ch,diaphragm spindle makes micro switch,wonder could prob be switch or diverter valve.
Would welcome any advice to above prob.

If switch is being turned on and off as expected and heat still goes to rads when hot tap is on one would suspect the diverter valve, although I've not worked on a ravenheat for some time so might be missing something along the line.

Hi the problem got gradually worse-suspect diverter valve.
