I hear noises!

I wonder if anyone can help me. We had a new bathroom fitted in April this year and have had a few noises when we turn the water on and off.
Unfortunately the company that fitted it has gone bust, so I am not sure where to start.

Also, we get whistling noises from the central heating in one room. Do we need to bleed the radiator or is it likely to be another problem?

It's a loud groaning noise, as opposed to a banging.

Definitely cold and appears to be upstairs only.
