I mini c30 can’t add water pressure HELP

Hi we have a i-mini c30 with error code F1 which is low pressure easy fix right….no. We can’t figure out how to add water we pulled our washing machine out to look behind to see if there’s a valve there but nothing any ideas? We’ve tried the blue and black tabs suggested by landlord but nothing. See pic!

Somewhere you will have a filling loop with hopefully a gauge as well .
As your boiler is on a stand off bracket with pipework going up hill look upstairs.
Old airing cupboard? Or similar?

Black taps under boiler.Open both, don’t forget to close both (after topping up pressure.)

The filling loop isn't in your pic ,it must be elsewhere in the property. Likely to be a silver coloured , braided, flexible hose which connects between two pipes.

Do not touch the black taps, they are the isolation valves for the central heating circuit, you have a filling loop external to the boiler , usually a silver braided hose

We found it! No where near the boiler and under our kitchen sink behind other pipes. Thank you for your help I would never of looked for a braided hose

Found them in some odd places, but generally easy to find. Glad you’re sorted.
