I need to work on my legs

I have neglected my legs for my upper body, I thought the test would take care of it (300mg per week) with minimal effort input from me, how wrong I was, although my legs are nicely toned they would suit Marilyn Monroe better. I find it so difficult to build out my legs.
300mg is probably enuff to shut your own system down but not much more. I wish I'd got my legs as big as Marilyn lol
