Putin will be thrilled. I bet they are hoping Trump doesn't put his kiss of death onto the campaign.

JD is hoping for a good outcome to help his presidential chances in 2028.

Mussolini the fascist. was a mentor to Adolf Hitler the leader of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, that was formed to appeal to both left-wing (socialist/worker) and right-wing (nationalist) sentiments.

Benito didn't initially share Hitlers hatred of the Jews,
yet ultimately allowed the persecution and deportation of Italian Jews align with Nazi Germany.

However he did share Hitlers administration of Islam.

He notably proclaimed himself the "Protector of Islam" in 1937, aiming to solidify his image as a leader sympathetic to Muslim populations.

Benito Mussolini developed a strategic and ideological working relationship with certain Islamic leaders and political movements in the Middle East and North Africa during the 1930s. This collaboration was not based on shared religious ideology but rather on shared geopolitical interests.

However Hitlers relationship with Islamic militants was strongly motivated by religion.

The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem was Hitler’s most prominent ally in the Middle East. met with Hitler in Berlin in November 1941, discussing an alliance to exterminate Jews in Europe and the Middle East.

@noseall says he doesn't like Putin.

Yet I dont think Vladimir share the aboves dislike for the Jews or wants destruction of Israel. But he does support the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Islamic Republic of Iran support Hamas & Hezbollah.

JD Vance I think has an admiration for Putin who would also claim not to be a Nazi. Yet the Islamic Republic of Iran Hezbollah and Hamas do have a lot of links to the Nazis and Fascism..

So Id have it said that the Fascisim is more in line Islam than it is JD Vance or some fella on this Forum that doesn't like foreign criminals..

A majority of Hungarians seemingly are losing patience with Hungary’s struggling economy, high prices, dilapidated hospitals and the chronic underfunding of the country’s railway networks which has left normally loyal Fidesz villages feeling abandoned. That explains why Magyar has remained laser-focused in his campaigning on bread-and-butter issues while hammering Fidesz over corruption, noting how Orbán’s business cronies and his inner circle have grown ever richer as ordinary Hungarians get poorer.

He's modelled his political career on Berlusconi so one can only hope he ends his political career in like manner.

Over the last 16 years, Orban has done much to turn Hungary into a one-party state — as much as anyone could without using violent repression and ditching elections. Armed with a two-thirds majority in parliament, he’s been able to dismantle the checks and balances written into the Constitution, pack the top courts with his loyalists and appoint his adherents to head key public institutions who will be difficult to sack if he indeed loses the election and who will be able to thwart the budgets and legislation of any non-Fidesz government. His cronies — many of whom have business interests in Hungary’s football industry — control 80% of the private media sector. Meanwhile the state broadcasters trot out Orban’s narratives.

No wonder Vance has travelled so far to support (interfere?) in the election: clearly, he's looking for tips (tricks) on how to do that in America.

Orbán promises he can make Hungary great again.

Orban's polling went down 3% post Vance.
