ICE told to get the eff out

He should have peacefully got run over?

At the time of the first shot he wouldn't have known whether she intended to turn left, right or whatever. She was definitely deliberately ramming him, without a doubt. He wouldn't have had chance for a full enquiry into the wheel position before shots 2 and 3. It was self-defence, I'd imagine any cop would do likewise.
He didn't get run over, I've seen all the videos.

The vehicle was turned away from him. From his own footage, it is obvious he could see that. And it was going very slowly. We know from his final comment, '****ing bitch', why he did it. He was wound up and angry. Those two women would have annoyed me as well. But that is no reason to kill someone.

What do you think about him holding his gun in one hand whilst filming with his phone with the other hand. Is that professional. Also, the rule is that, even if he is in mortal danger, he can only shoot if there is unable to get out of the way. A simple step to the right would have avoided all this. So, following their own rules, he is guilty.

This is the definition of serious bodily harm:

In the US, serious bodily harm (often referred to as serious bodily injury) is a legal term defined across federal and state laws as a physical injury that involves a substantial risk of death, protracted and obvious disfigurement, or a protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty.

Even if he was clipped by her bumper at 2mph, that comes nowhere close to meeting the definition.

The second two shots at point blank range into her head, after she had actually passed him, were obviously illegal.
There are buckets and buckets of guidance and case law on this. I don’t think you will get close with a few Google AI queries.

It’s a very strange world when compared to the U.K.

People get shot regularly fleeing cops, who rarely get prosecuted or sued.

The law is clear. There has to be at least a threat of serious injury, as defined above. It also says the same in the Federal officer rules of engagement which I have posted three times. And it says the same in the Minnesota law.

And don't pretend you haven't Googled this yourself. I looked up the Ellis vs Wynalda case. You totally misunderstood it!

Here we go again.

Why are the left trying everything they can think of
Se was terrified ---- No she was laughing
Unknown masked men - No they have been there at least twice a day for an amount of time
Shot in the face - point blank range its all inflammatory rhetoric - why

She was terrified at the end. It is true that she was laughing at first. But that was before the agents tried to drag her from the car.

She was shot twice in the face at point blank range. And that happened after any danger had passed.

No vid shows that - she drove off with her wife shouting drive baby drive

We dont know if it was in the face, at least the first shot -- he initially was aiming at her head but the first shot was knocked lower as he was hit - look where the Bullitt hole is - its not in the head.

Several commentators have pointed out that the bullet hole shows even this first shot came from the left. Which means he was out of danger when he fired.

It is safe to assume that anyone is going to be terrified when masked, armed agents try to drag you from your car.

Correct - after being bounced off the headlight area - the body cam shows this clearly and you can hear it

Why are you using language inflating things
Masked men - she knew who they were - she has been there multiple times and had contact with them before
