...which calls all the rest of it into question, including whether that video still even is when the gun shot.

I wouldn't trust any stills or drawings of this, there are lots of people with all kinds of agendas creating this stuff to prove the conclusion that they've already decided they want to reach.

I accept that he might have been a fraction closer when he fired the first shot. But even so, by then he could tell the car wasn't going to hit him.

The shot stills are accurate, though. If you slow the video down, you can tell by the smoke from the barrel and the sound of the shots.

The main point I was making was that, by the time he had fired the first shot, he knew he wasn't in danger. So, shots two and three cannot be justified. We still don't know enough about whether he was arguably in danger when he decided to fire the first shot.

I would imagine that at least three quarters of the UK population do not know the name of our own immigration enforcement department, let alone the one in a foreign country. Get over yourself and stop being such a twunk.

Expressing my utter incredulity at someone not having heard of ICE given all the coverage it's had is not "having a go".
