The flue outlet to the boiler is currently sited adjacent to where we propose to make a new door opening into a small house extension. Is it possible to extend the flue vertically as with some modern boilers? Needs to go up about 300-450mm. As funds are a bit tight, we don't really want to change a perfectly good boiler which has plenty of life left in it. Can anybody advise me what my options are?

In a word, no. A better solution would be too either relocate door or boiler

The classic used to have a vertical option but not running flue pipes outside.
Chances off getting the proper flue /adaptors etc and instructions now would be nil
