Jaguar boiler extension flue

Hi, can anyone help us locate a flue extension for a jaguar 23/28kw combi boiler? we`re having an extension built and need to extend the flue vertically through the new pitched roof of a bungalow. overall extended height will be about 1800mm... it would need to include two 45 degree bends for offsetting the terminal, as the current terminal is immeadiately below the line of the new proposed roof ridge. flue extension as 1/08/721
45 degree kit as 1/08/720

A Jaguar is a Protherm (a Vaillant owned CZ manufacturer) horrible combi distributed and badged in the UK as a Plumb Center only product.

That might give you a clue where to start looking!
