hi,when you say powerflush the system,wots best way,just drain and refil or get hose pipe onto pies and flush,take off rads and flush or just drain and refil,thanks richard
"Powerflushing" means using a powerflushing machine, which has a big pump with a container of chemicals and often a sediment magnet, that forecefully squirts cleaning solution backwards and forwards through your pipes and radiators, to dislodge and trap the sediment. It usually takes about half a day to do a house properly, and costs some hundreds of pounds. It is usually done by professional plumbers or heating engineers as the equipment is not cheap, though it can be hired.
