My daughter's boiler cycles every 10-15 seconds. This seems like a Bad Thing to me - very much a non-expert in gas boiler systems. It is a rented property. Should she get this checked?

The output power of the boiler should have been turned down to match the load of heating the property. It's a24 kW boiler, and a small flat's radiators may not be abe to dissipate more than 8 or 10kW. Many installers don't bother to adjust the CH output, so the boilers cycle. Not ideal but shouldn't cause a problem if it hasn't overheated yet!
